We specialize in trying to anticipate the course of a case and being proactive instead of reactive. We have over 40 years of experience combined and have worked on multiple types of platforms and brokerages.
Our agents receive weekly status updates via email which are outlined in an easy to understand format. We also offer multiple ways for agents to submit the requirements back to us, whether it be email, fax or uploading right to our website!
One of our main goals is to minimize the amount of times the agent has to contact the client to obtain additional requirements – the ones within our control of course. This leaves the client less frustrated throughout the process and allows you to focus on what you do best.
