To initiate the app, Choose “New Business” and select Disability E-App under the Submit Business column to start the process (When it asks for Field Office Contact on the Producer Report, please complete as such (click to enlarge):
Yes and No. The questions are required to be completed, but the client can complete the online app at their leisure. The online system allows 2 options to send to your client:
Provide them with a link where they login and finish. Once the E-app is initiated by you, navigate to the top right of the page and choose “other actions”. Then choose “request client to fill app”. Complete the required information and select “Generate Link without Email”. Then provide the link to your client.
Email them directly from Principal.com. Once the E-app is initiated by you, navigate to the top right of the page and choose “other actions”. Then choose “request client to fill app”. Complete the required information and select “Send Email Request”.
If you prefer a traditional paper application, request the forms with the “Request Application Packet” button to the right and we will email them in a PDF format.
